  The gentleman who served us the first (and last) time we came here was so rude - we almost walked out in the middle of ordering. When our chicken burgers finally arrived about twenty-five minutes later, they were served on dry buns with one small leaf of lettuce on each, despite the menu description specifying "with salad". Add to this the fact that the place is cramped and uninviting, and it's a definite no go. Our advice? Avoid Pels and try the much better food and service we've experienced elsewhere in establishments along The Wharf and on Fore Street.

  Been eating food from Pels whilst on holiday for years! Always a good experience, the crepes are brilliant and the staff are always friendly. Would recommend to anyone. They do food to eat in or take out as well.

  Friendly staff and delicious food. Prices average for other outlets in the area. Small restraunt with limited number of tables, but take out option is available.
