The person who started to serve me was surly and rude, this continued as my 8 year old was a little uncertain what she wanted and I was told in the rudest manner "I'd better serve someone else while you have a family discussion!" I was so embarrassed at being spoken to in that way I just left the shop. Maybe a little customer service training wouldn't go a miss as sometimes children can be indecisive.November 19, 2016
